We are seeking a motivated and dependable Tow Truck Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. Responsibilities
- Operate tow trucks equipped with flatbed or wheel-lift systems to recover and transport vehicles safely and efficiently
- Conduct thorough vehicle diagnostics to assess damage and determine the best recovery approach
- Secure cargo according to cargo securement protocols, ensuring vehicle safety during transit
- Load and unload vehicles with precision, utilizing appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary
- Maintain detailed logs of all towing activities, including vehicle condition reports and delivery documentation
- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and emergency responders to coordinate vehicle recovery operations
- Perform routine inspections and basic automotive repairs on tow trucks to ensure optimal performance
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive diagnostics and repair
- Proficiency in operating tow trucks, flatbeds, and other specialized recovery equipment
- Valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmissions preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle mechanics relevant to truck drivers and vehicle mechanics for truck maintenance
- Ability to handle conflict management situations professionally and calmly under pressure
- Familiarity with cargo securement protocols and safety standards during vehicle transport
- Experience operating forklifts or similar machinery is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills to assist clients courteously and professionally
- Ability to load & unload vehicles efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines

Pay: $700.00 - $925.00 per week
