Job Overview
Aaron Alan Pest Control is hiring multiple candidates for promotional marketing/street team members to work throughout the inland empire.
This position involves walking through selected neighborhoods and placing flyers at homes. No sales are required or sales experience is needed.
Set your own hours and set your own pace, to meet assigned goals.
Compensation is competitive at $17.50/hr minimum pay with performance based bonus; employees in this position regularly reach over $24 per hour and higher.
Responsibilities
- Distribute flyers and promotional materials door-to-door in designated neighborhoods
- Represent the company in a cheerful and professional manner
- Follow safety guidelines while canvassing in various environments and neighborhoods
- Track distribution progress and report on outreach activities regularly to supervisors
- Prepare and organize your materials for distribution
Requirements
- Must be comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while staying motivated and goal-oriented
- Must have reliable transportation to your designated distribution area
