Ready to take the next step in your manufacturing career? We’re looking for a Process Technician / Machine Setup Operator to join a growing production team. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical experience who wants to play a key role in keeping operations running efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Set up and start up injection/blow molding machines for production runs
- Adjust and maintain machine settings for optimal performance
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime
- Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed
- Support tooling changes and assist with minor repairs
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
- Help keep the production floor clean, safe, and organized
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous machine setup, process tech, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and production issues
- Experience in molding or similar manufacturing environments is a plus
- Leadership mindset with the ability to support and guide operators
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
- Frequent reaching and light to moderate physical activity
- Lift up to 25 lbs as needed
