Job Summary
This is a part-time position (20-25 hours per week) for an installer of custom window treatments, including blinds, shades, shutters, and drapes. Tools and company vehicle provided. We are flexible about scheduling; our hours are Mon-Fri, 8:30-5:00. We operate our business in Louisville and Florence, KY; while this job will be primarily be based in the Louisville area, occasional travel between the two offices will be required. All employees are evaluated during a 90-day probationary period, during which the hourly wage will be $20. After the probationary period, hourly wages increase to $22 per hour. Once an Installer is able to go out on jobs by themselves, they will be promoted to Install Lead, with an hourly wage of $25. This is a great position for someone with construction or handyman knowledge who wants to work inside year-round.

Responsibilities
- Conducts in-home installation of company products and collects payment
- Conducts in-home installation repairs, as needed
- Provides friendly and knowledgeable service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Solicits referrals and/or canvasses territory to obtain at least three leads per month
- Completes and submits installation paperwork on a daily basis
- Maintains warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion
- Maintains assigned van, including washing, restocking supplies, etc.
- Complies with and follows all safety regulations
Qualifications
- Customer service skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- General construction knowledge
- Able to lift over 50 pounds
- Construction, 1 year (Preferred)
