I'm All Ears Marriage and Family Therapy, Inc. is a growing private practice with offices in Santa Maria and Oxnard, California, dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families throughout our community.
We serve a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Our clinicians provide evidence-based treatment for a wide range of concerns, with specialties including anxiety, depression, trauma, men's mental health, relationship issues, parenting, grief, and substance use disorders. Several members of our team are EMDR-trained and provide trauma-focused treatment.
At I'm All Ears, we are committed to creating a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where both clients and clinicians can thrive. We believe in fostering professional growth through mentorship, teamwork, and ongoing learning while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Who We're Looking For
As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a full-time Associate Therapist (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC) to join our team. We are currently hiring clinicians who reside in or are willing to work in Santa Maria.
Because many of our clients prefer face-to-face services, this position is primarily in-office, with the opportunity to provide a limited number of telehealth sessions based on client needs and scheduling.
We are looking for clinicians who are:
- Passionate about providing exceptional clinical care.
- Motivated to grow professionally and continue developing their clinical skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Strong communicators with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
- Interested in becoming an integral part of a collaborative private practice.
This position is an excellent opportunity for associates who want to gain meaningful experience in private practice while receiving mentorship and support throughout the licensure process.
Beyond clinical training, we are committed to helping associates understand the business side of private practice. Clinicians will have opportunities to learn about practice management, documentation, scheduling, marketing, insurance credentialing, and building a sustainable caseload. If your long-term goal is to own or manage a private practice after licensure, this position offers valuable experience to help prepare you for that next step.
We are looking for clinicians who are excited to make a lasting impact in our community while growing both personally and professionally within a supportive team environment.
What We Offer

- Ongoing training and professional development, including specialized training in couples counseling, trauma treatment, and EMDR.
- Flexible scheduling to help promote a healthy work-life balance.
- Clinical Exam (BBS) preparation and support to help you confidently navigate the licensure process.
