Experienced Lead Superintendent for Commercial Ground-Up Projects
If you are a seasoned superintendent, with experience leading ground-up projects for a commercial general contractor, we want to talk to you. We work locally in Mobile/Baldwin counties and the surrounding areas, so if you're ready to hang up your traveling boots and sleep in your own bed every night, this may be the job for you!
Please note that only Lead Superintendents with Commercial General Contractor experience will be considered.
Duties:
- Responsible for on-site leadership for one or more commercial construction projects.
- Coordinate, motivate, and oversee subcontractors and workmen to make sure that we deliver a quality project that is completed on time.
- Read, understand, and interpret drawings, specifications, and scope of work to make sure that all workmanship is completed accordingly.
- Communicate and coordinate with project manager, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, engineers, architects, client representatives, office personnel and other parties as required.
- Adhere to all company standards and protocols including, but not limited to, jobsite safety management, quality control, daily reports, purchase order submission, and attendance to safety training and OAC meetings as required.
Requirements:
- MINIMUM of five years of verifiable LEAD Ground-Up Superintendent experience for a Commercial General Contractor.
- Basic technology skills to respond to emails/texts.
- Must have reliable transportation and pass a drug test.
Compensation:
Salary and benefits are competitive and will be negotiated based on experience. Standard company benefits offered to all full-time employees include paid time off, Simple IRA with 3% match, QSEHRA (monthly reimbursement allowance for healthcare premiums and expenses) along with truck, cell phone, and technology allowances.
