Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Hardscaper to join our dynamic commercial landscaping team. In this role, you will be responsible for reading plans, building, and installing durable and visually appealing hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces. Your expertise will help transform outdoor environments into functional and beautiful spaces that meet client specifications and industry standards. Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute precise hardscape installations (Pavers, Retaining Walls, Outdoor Kitchens)
- Be able to setup and use a laser level
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to excavate, level, and prepare sites for construction
- Manage site preparation activities including excavation, grading, drainage installation, and site cleanup
- Coordinate with project managers on construction management tasks such as estimating timeframes and material needs
- Conduct quality inspections during construction to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications
Experience
- Proven experience in hardscape construction or related fields with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Extensive knowledge of construction site procedures, safety protocols, and inspection processes
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings related to construction projects
- Experience with plumbing, electrical systems integration (where applicable), and restoration work is a plus

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
