Who we’re looking for:
The Fruit Expert® - Customer Service & Production Associate is responsible
for creating the mouthwatering arrangements, dipped fruit boxes, and cut fruit
for Edible® treat products, following proper operational procedures. He or she
also ensures Edible® service standards are met and surpassed by providing
customers with prompt service, delivering a WOW experience.
How you’ll make an
impact:

- Build arrangements according to our brand standards

- Prepare a variety of arrangements according to
-
customers' orders or supervisors' instructions, following approved
-
procedures and proper portion sizes
-
- Wash, peel and/or cut various fruit to prepare for
-
arranging
-
- Package arrangements or dipped fruit
-
- Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with the cleaning
-
standards and works as a store team player; Clean work areas, equipment,
-
utensils, and dishes
-
- Remove trash and clean kitchen waste containers
-
- Follows proper food sanitation and handling procedures
-
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of product knowledge
-
and quality standards

- Welcomes and connects with every customer to provide
-
excellent customer service

- Discovers customer needs and appropriately suggests
-
products with every customer to enhance the customer experience
-
- Uses effective sales approaches and displays strong

knowledge of product line; Effectively converts customer inquiries into

- Builds long-term relationships and builds the trust and

- Responds to customer needs; Manages difficult customer

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
