## Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Kennel Assistant who also has experience in Dog Bathing to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and providing exceptional pet care services. ##
Responsibilities - Monitor the dogs while out in the play yards; Interact and play with the pups; When needed, bathe pets according to specific instructions - Handle and restrain animals safely and compassionately during bathing procedures - Assist with drying and brushing pets after bathing - Clean and maintain bathing equipment and work areas - Provide basic grooming services such as nail trimming and ear cleaning - Monitor pet behavior for signs of stress or discomfort
## Skills - Experience in pet bathing, pet sitting, or pet care is preferred - Knowledge of animal care and handling techniques - Ability to provide excellent customer service to pet owners - Strong animal restraint skills to ensure safety during bathing procedures - Familiarity with veterinary assistant duties is a plus - Capable of heavy lifting when handling larger animals Join our team and contribute to the well-being of our furry friends!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 35 per week
