Sales Associate (Full-Time) – Club Pilates Highside Market (Columbus, GA)
Pay: $13.00 – $20.00/hour with Commission

Club Pilates Highside Market is seeking a full-time Sales Associate with proven sales experience to join our established and growing studio.
This is a performance-based sales role focused on membership growth, client retention, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for someone who can step in, take ownership, and contribute immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with and convert incoming and existing leads (calls, texts, email)
- Book and confirm intro classes and appointments
- Conduct studio tours and close membership sales
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs
- Build relationships to drive member retention and referrals
- Provide high-level customer service and member support
- Assist with local marketing events and community outreach
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience required (fitness, retail, or membership sales preferred)
- Strong closing ability with a track record of hitting goals
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads daily
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends
Compensation & Benefits
