DeBoard Electronics is seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Sales Associate. This role involves assisting customers with their home and car audio/video needs while delivering excellent service and knowledgeable product guidance.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Providing up-to-date product information
- Upselling merchandise and services
- Stocking and maintaining a clean sales floor
- Processing payments and handling transactions
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering phone calls and assisting inquiries
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Must be available some Saturdays (if needed)
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Sales experience is preferred (not required). Must be willing to learn
- Experience in home audio/video and/or car audio/video preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and Reliable
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- The ability to lift up to 75lbs (if needed)
- The ability to climb a ladder (if needed)Compensation & Benefits:
