We are hiring an experienced HVAC Service / Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on HVAC field experience.
This is not an entry-level or trainee position. Applicants must have professional experience performing HVAC maintenance, service, troubleshooting, and/or repair in the field.
Please do not apply if your experience is primarily in restaurants, food service, retail, warehouse work, general labor, delivery, or other industries without at least 2 years of professional HVAC field experience.
We are looking for a technician who can confidently perform maintenance, identify system issues, communicate findings to homeowners, and recommend appropriate repairs, upgrades, and replacement options.

Responsibilities
- Perform residential and/or light commercial HVAC maintenance and service
- Inspect heating and cooling systems and identify deficiencies
- Diagnose HVAC equipment and system problems
- Recommend appropriate repairs and solutions
- Complete service calls professionally and efficiently
- Clearly explain system condition, repair needs, and available options to customers
- Identify legitimate opportunities for:
- Repairs
- Preventive maintenance
- Indoor air quality products
- System upgrades
- HVAC system replacements
- Document service calls and maintain accurate service records
- Provide professional customer service on every call
- Work independently and manage assigned calls responsibly
Minimum Requirements — Please Read Before Applying
Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Minimum 2 years of professional, hands-on HVAC field experience
- Previous experience performing HVAC maintenance and/or service calls
- Working knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems
- Ability to recognize and troubleshoot common HVAC system problems
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Comfortable discussing repair, upgrade, and replacement options with homeowners
- Dependable and punctual
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- EPA certification strongly preferred
Experience That Qualifies
We are specifically looking for candidates with previous professional experience such as:
- HVAC Service Technician
- HVAC Maintenance Technician
- HVAC Installer with service/maintenance experience
- Residential HVAC Technician
- Light Commercial HVAC Technician
General maintenance, restaurant equipment, food service, retail, warehouse, construction labor, automotive, delivery, or other non-HVAC experience does not replace the required 2+ years of HVAC field experience.
Ideal Candidate
The right candidate already understands HVAC equipment and does not need to be trained from the ground up.
You should be comfortable entering a customer's home, inspecting and servicing their HVAC system, identifying problems, explaining your findings, and presenting appropriate solutions.
