POSITION OVERVIEW: As a Principal Landscape Architect at WLB an LJA Company you will be responsible for innovating and collaborating with engineers, planners and architects to create successful projects for our clients.Our work includes projects at a variety of scales; recreational spaces, residential communities, land planning, and public parks. The ideal candidates should understand conceptual site design, graphic presentation, construction documentation, administration and have experience with:
REQUIRED EDUCATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
- Degree from a Landscape Architecture Program is preferred
- Registered Landscape Architect in Arizona is preferred
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp/Rhino are essential
- Construction document and construction details
- Color and 3D rendering with Lumion
- Basic Irrigation Design
- Knowledge of municipal codes
- Strong oral, written and graphic communication skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
