Foshee Residential is hiring a Leasing Consultant to join our team in the Mobile, AL area.

What You’ll Do
- Respond to walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries
- Conduct apartment and community tours
- Guide prospects through the leasing process from tour to move-in
- Prepare and explain leases and related paperwork
- Support occupancy goals through follow-up and lead management
- Assist with rent collection, posting, and deposits
- Help manage delinquency and collections processes
- Maintain a clean, organized leasing office
- Assist with resident events and community engagement
- Support the Property Manager with daily operations
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of leasing experience in multifamily housing
- HUD Compliance knowledge
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- OneSite experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
