A wide range of programming for all ages supports student learning.
Classes for adults take place on Saturday afternoons, In the future weekday evenings may be available as well. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Ceramics/Clay Instructor to join our team and instruct 1 weekend class at our Cherry Hill location starting in September. Candidates must have extensive clay experience, ideally with some teaching experience. Ceramics/ Clay courses must include Handbuilding techniques & Wheel throwing basics, as well as surface decoration
We have a supportive leadership team that helps onboard, train and support teammates; and our program team ensures excellent preparedness.

Seeking Candidates for Saturdays 12:45 -4pm Starting in September.
*Duties*
- Instruct beginner and intermediate level students in classes that meet weekly on a variety of techniques including slab construction, Coil building, wheel throwing, Under glazes, and colored slip techniques.
- Develop and implement a syllabi, with support from our team, that builds skills and supports lively student engagement.
- Support individual student needs and interests while maintaining a friendly class environment.
*Skills*
- Strong background in clay techniques and methodologies with a BFA in Fine Art preferred.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and inspiring students to reach their full potential.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
