We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team in a skilled nursing facility. The Dietitian will be responsible for assessing residents nutritional needs, developing and implementing care plans, and working closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal nutrition and health outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Conduct nutritional assessments for residents
Develop and update individualized nutrition care plans
Monitor residents’ nutritional status and dietary needs
Collaborate with nursing, dietary, and medical teams
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Requirements:
Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) license required
Experience in long-term care or healthcare preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
