We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Leader you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include assisting with food preparation, taking orders, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and taking their orders accurately.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure all food handling guidelines are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle cash and perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions.
- Address customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed to enhance satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Experience in food service or food handling is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
