Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and organized Host to join our team, prior fine dining experience is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth dining experience. This position is crucial to our restaurant's success, requiring excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage reservations and seating efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and manage reservations and seating arrangements.
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries and reservations.
- Ensure the dining area is clean and well-organized.
- Coordinate with the waitstaff to ensure efficient seating and service.
- Handle guest concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in fine dining is highly preferred.
- Experience using Toast POS or similar systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
