Pharmacy Technician
The Pharmacy Technician supports the day-to-day operations of RoundtableRx’s pharmacy, helping to ensure medications are safely and efficiently received, inventoried, and dispensed. This position is ideal for a licensed pharmacy technician who enjoys hands-on operational work in a mission-driven environment. Working under the direction of the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC), the Pharmacy Technician plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, managing inventory, and supporting medication fulfillment. This role focuses on internal pharmacy workflows and does not include vendor or partner relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Pharmacy Operations Support
- Assist with daily pharmacy workflows including medication intake, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Track and remove expired medications (expiration pulls)
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in alignment with compliance requirements
- Support logistics and paperwork associated with outgoing and incoming medication orders
- Collaborate with the operational team to ensure workflows are efficient and compliant
Qualifications
- Licensed or registered pharmacy technician in Minnesota (required)
- Experience in a pharmacy setting (nonprofit, retail, hospital, or long-term care preferred)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing both internal workflows and external communications
Pay: $21.00 per hour
