Job Title: ECM Lead Assistant
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST
Pay Range: $22–$26 per hour
Position Summary
The ECM Lead Assistant supports Enhanced Care Management (ECM) Program Leadership with the day-to-day supervision, coordination, compliance, and administrative oversight of ECM operations. This position works closely with ECM staff to ensure member services are completed appropriately, documentation is accurate and timely, productivity expectations are met, and program requirements are consistently followed.
The ECM Lead Assistant will also provide guidance and day-to-day support to ECM team members. Fluency in Khmer and English is required to support communication with Khmer-speaking members and assist the ECM team with language and cultural needs.
Occasional travel between ECM program locations is expected based on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ECM leadership with day-to-day supervision and coordination of staff.
- Monitor staff productivity, member outreach, documentation, and completion of assigned tasks.
- Provide staff with guidance, training, coaching, and follow-up on ECM procedures and expectations.
- Conduct weekly audits to ensure documentation and member engagement activities are accurate and compliant.
- Identify documentation, performance, or compliance concerns and follow up with staff or escalate issues to leadership.
- Prepare and maintain monthly reports, dashboards, trackers, compliance logs, and program records.
- Assist with internal/external audits, health plan reviews, and corrective actions.
- Participate in leadership meetings and track/follow up on action items and deadlines.
- Coordinate communication and operational needs between leadership, ECM staff, and program sites.
- Provide Khmer language support for member outreach, care coordination, and communication with Khmer-speaking members.
- Assist with staff scheduling, coverage, onboarding, and training across ECM locations.
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as needed to support the ECM program.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Khmer and English, including verbal communication, required.
- Experience in administrative support, healthcare programs, care coordination, or compliance preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data tracking systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with leadership and teams
- Reliable transportation and willingness to commute between program sites
