Project Foreman

Pay: $23.00/hour
Position Summary
Color Burst is seeking a Project Foreman to oversee landscape construction crews and daily job site operations. This role is responsible for leading crews, ensuring quality work, maintaining safety standards, and communicating project progress to Project Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily tasks for construction crews
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Enforce safety rules and OSHA guidelines on-site
- Monitor work progress and inspect quality track inventory, and manage equipment use
- Train, mentor, and direct on-site workers
- Report daily progress and issues to project managers
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or a certification in a skilled trade (landscape)
- 3 to 5 years of proven field experience in construction or a related trade
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-management skills
- Deep knowledge of safety standards, building methods, and machinery
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work in varied weather conditions
- Must have valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Complete other duties as needed or assigned by Project Manager
Monday thru Friday 6:30 to 4:00 pm
Occasional weekend work may required
