What You’ll Do
- Deliver Quality Repairs: Perform accurate, reliable maintenance and repairs according to service orders and manufacturer specifications.
- Diagnose & Troubleshoot: Identify and diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns efficiently and accurately.
- Perform Repairs: Service and repair a variety of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, electrical systems, heating and air conditioning.
- Communicate Clearly: Work closely with Service Advisors to communicate vehicle concerns, recommended repairs, and any additional issues discovered during inspection.
- Work Efficiently: Complete quality repairs in a timely manner while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Keep Learning: Stay current with evolving automotive technology, diagnostic equipment, and repair procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive Experience: Previous professional automotive technician experience is required.
- Technical Expertise: Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with the ability to accurately identify and repair vehicle concerns.
- Well-Rounded Knowledge: Experience with engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and general vehicle maintenance.
- Attention to Detail: A commitment to quality workmanship and getting the job done right the first time.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Team Player: Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and the ability to work well with Service Advisors and fellow technicians.
- Professionalism: Take pride in your work, your workspace, and the service you provide to our customers.
