Job Description
T and T Mobile Washing is growing and looking for a dependable Crew Leader to lead a mobile truck washing crew and deliver high quality results.
This is a hands on leadership role where you will work alongside your team while making sure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
Wash trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
Lead and supervise crew members
Ensure quality and efficiency on every job
Follow daily, weekly, and monthly checklists
Inspect trucks and equipment
Perform minor maintenance on trucks and equipment
Requirements
MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug test
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lead and direct a team
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
