Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Experienced Project Manager specializing in Landscaping and Infrastructure Projects. In this pivotal role, you will lead complex landscaping initiatives from conception through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise will drive project success by coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing resources effectively, and maintaining strict adherence to construction regulations and safety standards.
Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of landscaping and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and company standards
- Develop detailed project schedules using project management software, coordinating construction schedule activities to optimize workflow
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate seamless project communication and execution
- Monitor construction site activities for safety compliance, and quality assurance
- Lead teams on-site to ensure efficient project delivery while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial landscaping projects with a strong track record of successful delivery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Construction management software (e.g., Construction Schedule Coordination tools), and Project Management Software
- Strong background in construction scheduling, project coordination, cost management, and budget oversight
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans accurately
- Demonstrated leadership skills managing teams in a fast-paced construction environment with excellent time management abilities
- Hands-on experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of site safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual skills is a plus: English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
