One Path Mental Health is a new six-bed adult mental health residential program in Cardiff, CA — and we're building a team that actually gets to rest. We're launching on 8-hour shifts and moving quickly to a four-day, ten-hour schedule, so you work four days and get three full days off, every single week.
We believe recovery is possible for everyone — and that the people who do this work deserve a schedule that lets them have a life, too.
What you'll do
- Support adults in their mental health recovery in a calm, structured home environment
- Build genuine connection with clients and help them through their day
- Keep the living environment safe, steady, and welcoming
- Document observations and support daily routines
- Respond to situations with patience, training, and a level head
What we're looking for
- Heart, dependability, and a calm presence under pressure
- High school diploma or GED (degree or behavioral health experience a plus)
- Able to pass a Live Scan background clearance, TB test, and CPR/First Aid
- Able to drive and have a good driving record
- Open to days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as we build coverage
