Ronald’s Heating & Cooling is seeking a motivated HVAC Sales Representative / Comfort Advisor to join our growing team. This position is open to both:
- Experienced HVAC technicians ready to transition into sales
- Sales professionals with strong HVAC knowledge
This role focuses on providing in‑home estimates, supporting our marketing team with revenue‑boosting ideas, and helping homeowners choose the right comfort solutions. This is a high‑earning opportunity with strong company support and no cold calling or door knocking.
Responsibilities
- Provide in‑home estimates for HVAC replacements and new installations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop ideas that increase revenue
- Guide homeowners through system options and comfort solutions
- Use company‑provided tools (tablet/iPad, CRM, etc.) for presentations
- Follow up with qualified leads provided by the company
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of HVAC experience or 2–3 years of sales experience (HVAC preferred)
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills
- Ability to confidently present HVAC solutions
- Valid driver’s license
- Self‑motivated, organized, and goal‑oriented
Pay
- Expected base annual earnings: $55,000–$75,000
- 5–8% commission on closed sales
