Job Summary
We are seeking two dynamic and motivated Insurance Sales Agents specializing in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance to join our energetic team. Responsibilities
- Engage in outside sales activities to prospect new clients and expand the customer base for property and casualty insurance products.
- Handle incoming sales calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Conduct thorough client needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance coverage options, including auto, home, and commercial policies.
- Negotiate terms and premiums with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication, personalized service, and ongoing client support.
- Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details accurately.
- Stay informed about industry trends, insurance regulation changes, and product updates related to property, casualty, health, life, and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to facilitate smooth policy issuance and claims processes.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Proven experience in insurance sales with a focus on client engagement and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of property casualty insurance.
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage options effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client populations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and sales administration processes is required.
- Understanding of insurance regulation standards and benefits administration practices is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients through exceptional customer service and relationship-building techniques.
