Primary Adolescent Therapist
- Primary Therapist is responsible for providing excellent comprehensive clinical care to adolescents.
- Conducts individual, group, and family therapy in accordance with written treatment plan based upon assessed needs.
- Coordinates all services for patient care and assists in crisis intervention.
- Effectively communicates relevant clinical information to the Patient, family, group, and Ambrosia staff.
- Completes all documentation according to Company and regulatory requirements.
- On call responsibility on a rotating schedule with all Clinicians.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work or related human services field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience with adolescents.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an outpatient, day treatment, residential and/or hospital setting.
- An excellent understanding of family systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to pass a Level 2 background check.
