Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests placing takeout orders in person and over the phone.

Accurately enter orders into the POS system.

Ensure every order is packaged correctly with all requested items, utensils, condiments, and beverages.

Verify food quality, presentation, and accuracy before orders leave the restaurant.

Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.

Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked takeout area.

Assist with third-party delivery orders and drivers.

Create a positive first and last impression for every guest.
