Experienced Line Cook Needed
Family Italian Restaurant seeking a professional line cook who has a passion for food. Must have experience and have an understanding of industry. A qualified candidate will be accurate and have speed in executing assigned tasks. This is a full time position at a special place. We are a family business and great people to work for. 49 seat restaurant and early hours. Serious inquiries only.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with menu planning and meal preparation
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow proper knife handling and safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety protocols
- Culinary training or certification is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
