Job Description:
Columbus Apparel Studio is looking for an industrial seamstress to join our talented team of sewing experts. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience assembling and sewing materials and textiles with industrial-specific sewing machines in a production environment.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Assembling and sewing apparel knit, woven and active wear garments
· Consistent quality and workmanship
Knowledge, skills and ability:
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little error
- Ability to stand, bend and stretch for 8 hours a day
- Must be detail oriented
- Strong understanding of garment construction
Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent
- 1+ years of industrial sewing experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
