Job Overview
Anthology Fintech Group is seeking motivated and ambitious Business Funding Brokers to join our growing team in North Miami Beach, Florida. In this role, you will work directly with small business owners seeking access to working capital and financing solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to identify funding opportunities, build relationships with business owners, gather required documentation, and connect qualified clients with our network of funding partners.
This position is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, sales-driven, and looking for an opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Successful brokers will have the opportunity to earn substantial commissions while helping businesses secure the capital they need to grow.
Location: North Miami Beach, FL (In-Office)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Compensation: 100% Commission-Based (Uncapped Earnings)
Responsibilities
- Prospect and connect with small business owners seeking financing.
- Generate and qualify funding opportunities through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Gather and review applications, bank statements, and supporting business documentation.
- Present financing options and explain the funding process.
- Coordinate submissions with lenders and funding partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the funding process.
- Maintain accurate records in the company CRM.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and funding goals.
Skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Sales experience preferred but not required.
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Experience in MCA, business financing, merchant services, insurance, real estate, or B2B sales is a plus.
