Order Processing Specialist – Chocolate Covered Company

As a growing artisan chocolate business based in Totowa, NJ, we take pride in producing high-quality, handcrafted products for customers nationwide. We are looking for a reliable, mechanically inclined individual to join our production team and operate various bagging and packaging machines.
Position Overview: order processing in our office. This position is mainly an office position with some responsibility in our gift basket department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own order processing including retrieving, printing and ensuring all orders are provided to the fulfillment location in CCC
- Ensure all front office staff are trained in order retrieval and processing
- Handle all customer emails and phone calls – logging trends and reporting out themes
- Assist the gift basket department as needed
- able to operate alone if necessary
Qualifications:
Previous experience in order processing preferred
Bilingual candidate preferred, but very fluent in English
Schedule:
Monday to Friday – 8 AM – 4 PM
- Occasional overtime during busy production seasons
