We are looking for an experienced and responsible handyman/maintenance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing repairs in apartments such as painting, drywall, replacing outlets, trouble shooting appliance's (on-job training), minor plumbing repairs (such as replace faucets, remove and install toilets, unclog toilets, replacing disposals), hanging lights, etc.
You will be required to provide your own tools such as drill, hammer, screw drivers, pliers, etc.
Specialized equipment is provided; ladders, pex tools, vacuum, toilet snakes, painting supplies, to name a few.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent educational experience
- Must pass background check
- Must be 18 years of age
- Able to work independently
- Able to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds
