We’re looking for a part‑time kitchen & front counter team member who’s ready to jump into a fast‑paced, upbeat environment. If you love great food, good vibes, and working with a crew that keeps things upbeat, you’ll fit right in.
Who We’re Looking For
A responsible, clean, polite, and hardworking person with real kitchen cooking experience. You should be comfortable working the line, prepping food, and keeping things moving during busy shifts. POS and cash‑handling experience is required, and you should enjoy helping guests with a smile.
Requirements
- MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD
- Must have kitchen cooking experience
- POS & cash‑handling experience required
- Able to work weeknights, weekend days & nights, and some holidays
- Must have or be able to obtain a WA State Food Handler Permit and WA State Alcohol Server Permit
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items consistently and according to Splitz Grille standards
- Keep the kitchen and front counter areas clean, organized, and up to health‑code standards
- Work as part of a fun, supportive team to keep service running smoothly
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service—take orders, serve food, and handle cash accurately
- Use POS systems confidently and quickly
- Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.13 per hour
