About the Role:
We’re currently hiring dependable, detail-driven individuals to join our commercial cleaning team. This role involves cleaning and maintaining a variety of professional spaces—such as offices, retail stores, and small businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize commercial spaces including offices, break rooms, restrooms, and common areas
- Sweep, vacuum, mop floors, empty trash, wipe surfaces, and restock supplies
- Use commercial-grade cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow checklists and specific cleaning protocols for each location
- Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor in client spaces
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or with a team
- Comfortable with physical work and repetitive tasks
Schedule:
- Part-time
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday, weeknights are typically late afternoon/evening shifts, weekends day/evening flexibility (depends on client needs)
- Schedule varies based on daily assignments
- Occasional daytime or other weekend work may be available

Compensation:
- Bonuses
- 10 days paid training (paid at WA State minimum wage)
