We are currently looking for a BC Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine Occupational Medicine or Internist physicianto oversee our medical services delivered to our 500 residents who reside in our CARF accredited senior community. Set on 175 wooded acres in Shenandoah Valley, our Winchester, VA complex offers independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care.

After hours, holidays and weekends support by telemedicine services

Administrative and direct patient care determined by the Medical Director

On site clinic where the residents are seen by the NP's

51 bed SNF, ave census 45: average admissions 1-3 per week plus new ALF residents dependant on availability of beds

Memory Care unit

M-F clinic managed by our nurse practitioners and nurses (8-4)
