Job Description / Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for maintaining order of the studio's daily operations, from ensuring tidiness, coordinating with studio suppliers and maintenance teams, sorting deliveries, and welcoming guests
- You will be supporting the Management Team in daily operations and administrative tasks
- Your additional responsibilities will include Sales & Marketing Team support, research, database management, and Design Team support
Qualifications:
- Reliability, pro-activity and problem-solving skills, and attention to details
- Interest in Interior Design, Hospitality, and Real Estate is appreciated
- Skilled in MS Office Suite
- Great communication skills
- Preferred as a part-time (half-time) position
