Position Reports to: Facilities
Job Purpose Summary: To ensure all Agren locations are maintained, clean, and sanitary.
Position Overview
Hours- Daytime Hours, Mon-Friday
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment across our locations. This position requires a valid driver’s license, will start and end each day at the Auburn Headquarters, and will travel to other locations. This role plays a key part in ensuring our workspace, showrooms, and customer areas meet high standards for cleanliness, safety, and appearance.
Primary Responsibilities
Cleaning & Sanitation

Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of floors

Clean and sanitize all bathrooms several times a week.

Weekly dusting of all areas, including walls, desks, furniture, hallways, and showroom appliances

Trash removal and proper disposal
Facilities Support

Perform minor maintenance tasks (light fixtures, sink clogs, ceiling tiles, etc.) as needed

Safely operate and maintain equipment
Supplies & Organization

Maintain and order cleaning and facility supplies as needed
Physical Requirements
-
Frequent communication with customers and employees

Regular lifting of 25 lbs. or more

Regular pushing/pulling of equipment and appliances weighing 125 lbs. or more

Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, gripping, and standing
Qualifications
-
Prior janitorial, custodial, or facilities experience preferred

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Commitment to safety and cleanliness
