We have an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Supervisor on Swing Shift in our Roseburg, Oregon manufacturing facility. Candidates should have an AS or BS degree, preferably in a technical program, with a minimum of 2 years manufacturing supervisory experience. Experience with supervision of hands-on assembly practices is preferred. This individual must be able to deal with people in a positive, coaching manner to support the development of process skills and set an example through their work ethic. This individual must be a leader who will maintain high personal standards in how they interact with others.
This position is a full-time position working on our Swing Shift (3pm to 12am, Monday thru Friday). There is a consistently stable work schedule, with weekends off, and competitive wages. There is a long history of Cash Profit Sharing Distributions each year.
