We're looking for a Landscape Installer who takes pride in their work and loves seeing a finished project come to life. In this role, you'll work alongside a skilled crew to build and install beautiful landscapes and hardscapes for residential and commercial clients across the Kansas City area.
What You'll Do

Install landscapes and hardscapes for residential and commercial clients

Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and to a high standard

Represent Ryan professionally on every job site with great customer service

Operate tools and equipment safely in a variety of weather conditions
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience in landscape, hardscape, construction, or a related field is a plus — but not required

Willingness to learn (we offer a structured training program)

Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Basic customer service and communication skills

Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and DOT physical
