We are seeking a Travel Sales Consultant responsible for assisting clients interested in vacation packages, airline tickets, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and other travel-related services. The selected candidate will identify customer needs, recommend suitable travel solutions, and manage the booking and sales process while delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving established sales goals.

Handle inbound and outbound communications with clients interested in travel and vacation services.

Assist clients in person at the office with flights, hotels, vacation packages, ground transportation, excursions, and other tourism-related services.

Identify customer needs and preferences to provide personalized travel recommendations.

Prepare quotations and manage reservations for flights, accommodations, transportation, and travel activities.

Follow up on sales opportunities and prospective clients.

Manage the entire sales process, from the initial inquiry through booking confirmation.

Meet established sales goals and performance metrics.

Stay up to date on promotions, destinations, travel policies, and industry trends.

Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales and booking process.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in the travel industry, specifically with airline reservations, hotel bookings, vacation packages, and ground transportation.

Experience using travel reservation systems and booking platforms is highly preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.

Fluency in Spanish and basic English proficiency.
