Substance Abuse Technician I (On-Site)
Residential Support Specialist – Women & Children
Pay Range: $15-$17 an hour
On-site position (Not Remote)
FT: Monday–Friday (40 hrs) | PT: Weekends Only (24 hrs)

What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct care and therapeutic support
- Supervise clients and children in residential/community settings
- Support daily living and parenting skills development
- Maintain a safe, clean, and structured environment
- Document activities, incidents, and client progress
- Collaborate with the treatment team
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in healthcare or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
