We are currently searching for a Service Manager to manage and ensure the day-to-day operations of our Residential HVAC Service Department. Our service manager earns a competitive salary and a performance-based annual bonus.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage and coordinate the HVAC day-to-day operations and provide leadership to all personnel and processes of the divisions
Respond to customer service complaints by phone, email, or meet with the customer in person, resolve problems and follow through until a resolution has been reached
Coach, mentor and lead the service technicians and schedulers. Play an important part in the employees’ development
Work closely with HR/Recruiting to ensure appropriate staffing levels are meeting workload demands, company requirements and customer expectations.
Evaluate staff to determine training needs, strengths and weaknesses and determine a plan for improvements or replacement.
Ensure employee payroll processes are accurate in a timely manner to ensure the employee and the payroll department are both served
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers and others with whom he/she will have contact with
