TNT’s in Urbandale is hiring a dependable and energetic Kitchen Team Member. This is a great opportunity whether you want a flexible schedule, already have restaurant experience, or you are looking for your first job.
You will help prepare quality food, keep the kitchen clean and organized, and support the rest of the team during busy shifts. Team members may also be cross-trained to assist with basic front-of-house tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare food accurately and efficiently
- Follow food-safety and cleanliness standards
- Keep kitchen stations clean, stocked, and organized
- Work closely with kitchen and customer-service team members
- Help the team during busy periods and employee callouts
- Learn additional responsibilities, including drive-thru order taking
- Provide friendly and dependable service
QUALIFICATIONS
- Reliable and ready to work as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate clearly with teammates and customers
- Comfortable communicating in English when assisting with orders.
- Restaurant experience is helpful but not required
- Must meet all legal age requirements for the assigned duties and schedule
