ARCHITECT
Brame Heck Architects is looking for a full-time Architect or Designer to join our team. This is an on-site position. No remote applicants please.
What we’re looking for (Qualifications):
- Someone who is either:
- A Florida Registered Architect,
- A registered Architect able to obtain reciprocal registration in FL, or
- A designer who is on the path to registration in the State of Florida.
What we’d like you to have (Skills and Experience):
- Excellent listening skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluency with Autodesk Revit
- Ability to flexibly manage multiple projects and schedules
- A proactive team-oriented problem-solver
- Experience working with Owners, User Groups, Engineering Consultants, and Contractors
- Experience managing projects from pre-design through post occupancy
- Client Development / Marketing Experience
- Experience in design, document preparation, project management, and specification writing
What you’ll be doing (Tasks):
- Meeting with Owners and User groups to coordinate design and program requirements
- Manage project teams for new construction and renovation projects
- Oversee and coordinate document development with BIM specialist(s)
- Work with consultants to coordinate project delivery
- Construction Administration
