Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will be the vital link between guests and our hotel’s nightly operations. This energetic role offers the opportunity to ensure seamless guest experiences during overnight hours by managing front desk functions, performing financial audits, and maintaining the safety and security of the property. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night arrivals and early morning departures, providing exceptional guest services with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your proactive approach will help uphold our hotel’s standards of excellence while creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing friendly and efficient customer service during night shifts.
- Check guests in and out using hotel management software such as OPERA, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct nightly financial audits to reconcile daily transactions, verify billing accuracy, and prepare reports for management review.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills.
- Monitor security cameras, perform safety checks around the property, and respond promptly to any emergency procedures or incidents.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area while adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest records, preparing reports, and managing reservations for upcoming days.
- Support hotel management with special projects or guest relations initiatives as needed to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel setting; resort experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems such as OPERA, FOSSE or similar software platforms.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services standards, and hospitality best practices.
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work overnight shifts reliably while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in hotel experience or resort environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.50 per hour
