We’re currently looking to hire an experienced Truck Driver Dispatcher to join our growing team. This position units across regional and over-the-road lanes.
Job description
- Coordinate daily load assignments for dry van and reefer units
- Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers and shippers
- Handle emergency situations, reschedules, or breakdowns promptly
- Track and update load statuses in TMS system
- Support drivers with trip planning and problem-solving
Requirements:
- Experience dispatching trucks (dry van/reefer) preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and HOS rules
- Comfortable using dispatching software and load boards
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
