Zeeland Public Schools has two Full-Time Custodian position available working at the high schools. The Full-Time Custodian will provide custodial services to the pool and locker room areas.
Responsibilities:
- General custodial cleaning of assigned area which could consist of vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, drinking fountains, windows and removal of trash.
- Cleaning of bulkheads.
- Cleaning in pool area around pool water drains.
- Any other duties assigned by the lead custodian.
Qualifications:
- Must have the ability to assume responsibility with minimum supervision.
- Must possess proper safety knowledge and acceptable applications of safety techniques.
- Must possess the ability to secure the area when finished with tasks in an assigned area.
- Must be able to operate custodial equipment.
- Must be dependable and flexible with assigned areas, tasks and responsibilities.
- Must be able to complete & record pool testing-training provided.
- Must be flexible with assigned areas.
Schedule :
Monday through Friday
3:00 pm – 11:30 Pm
Year-Round Position
Compensation :
Level II: $18.34 – $21.45 per hour
