Qualifications:
- 5+ years leadership experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining
- Financial acumen managing budgets, labor, and P&L performance
- Previous restaurant opening experience a plus
Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and develop front-of-house leadership and service teams
- Oversee all live music and entertainment programming to ensure performances align with the brand identity, guest expectations, and overall venue ambiance
- Drive networking initiatives, guest engagement, and partnerships that enhance the venue’s reputation and social experience.
Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
